Instructor Laura Kirkham-Jones
I joined BTBMF in June 2015, with the aim to increase my physical activity levels and prepare myself for an international competition in Trinidad representing Wales in Miss Global International beauty pageant
Since joining the team I have competed in a range of events including The Great Gwent Military Poppy Run, a charity Santa Run in aid of Bloodwise and Remission Impossible and completed the Admiral Newport Half Marathon. I am delighted to have been given the role of running club instructor by Graham and the team. Its a great opportunity for me to motivate others and encourage them to achieve their fitness goals.
